Hosting
The ReachNet access control management platform replaces the traditional "head-end" server and native software application normally required to support an access control system. By providing a web-based system, the access control management application and database can be hosted in a secure co-location facility and users can manage and monitor their access control system from any computer with an internet connection.
ReachNet servers are hosted in a secure state-of-the-art co-location facility that includes:
  • Security: Multi-layer security control procedures, biometric palm readers, and 24 x 7 closed-circuit video and alarm monitoring
  • Power: Uninterruptible redundant AC and DC power solutions that are flexible and upgradeable to meet all types of needs
  • Cooling: HVAC redundant design with air distribution under raised flooring for maximum temperature control
  • Fire Suppression: Smoke detection system above and below raised floor; double-interlock, pre-action, dry-pipe fire suppression

This hosting configuration provides a cost-effective solution for organizations that want the benefits of comprehensive access control management software without the required investment of purchasing the software and devoting IT staff to maintain and support it.
